A real example: a 48-player tournament on Matchday is RM350, about RM7 a player. Many organisers add RM5 to RM8 to the entry fee to cover it.

Before you book
Which areas do you cover? +–
Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Negeri Sembilan. No travel charge within 40 km of LekaPong in Salak Tinggi. 40 to 100 km is RM100. Further away, we quote.
What do we need to provide? +–
The venue, tables, balls and players. On Matchday and Penganjur we bring the scoring tablets and a 4G connection as backup. We need one TV or projector with HDMI; if you don't have one, tell us early.
Why does Matchday depend on player numbers? +–
More players means more matches to run. RM350 covers up to 64 players, the size of most weekend tournaments. After that it's RM5 per extra player.
Can players pay the entry fee online? +–
For now players pay the organiser directly and you mark the payment in the system. Online payment by TNG eWallet and DuitNow straight to the club's account is in progress, expected by the end of 2026.
Do results count towards ratings? +–
Your choice. A rated event gives every player a rating that follows them to every club. Casual or corporate events can stay unrated.
We don't use the LekaPong system yet. Can we still book? +–
Yes. We build your event in the system, and players only need a phone to sign up. If your club wants to run events itself afterwards, see the For Clubs page.
Who holds the player data? +–
Your player list stays yours. We don't use your players' contacts to promote LekaPong.
